I went to the dealership and was greeted at the door by this guy with very poor English. He looked me up and down, and asked me if I spoke Spanish. No problem there. What I did not like, is that he showed me the sticker price, and when I try to negotiate a better deal, he told me, that the sticker price was the only price that he could offer, and if I could not afford it, maybe I should look elsewhere. Not much of a Salesman.

My experience is really bad. I own 4 toyotas unafortunatly my 2009 corolla has a (salvage title) becouse of recall,I took my car to them.To start servise advisor Mitchell Quintanilla toll me that my car does not qualified for recall becouse his manager Carlos Pena toll him that they don't touch salvage title cars..... I don't know what kind a managers & certified advisors don't know their own corporation rules. I try to contact managers with no luck or response. I lost my day for nothing thanks to their ignorance. Thanks good I call Hollywood toyota & they inmediatly took care of recall im my car.

I don't recommend this dealer to know one, their money hungry all they care about is closing the sale. this guy name Jesus i believe his a financial manager was explain to us the deal at the end he was upset because i didn't agree on the price after awhile of talking he walk away and said please leave come back when you make up your mind. I was so upset at the fact he yelled at me I ask to speak to is manager , this guy came in his name is Gary he was worst he kicked us out and laugh at us. I seriously don't recommend this dealer to anyone if you decided to go their make sure your not help by Gary or Jesus their the most shaddy rude persons you will ever meet ....plus all they care about is the sale not really about what you want......
