I would be remiss if I didn't write about all the funny things I can do in Phoenix, Arizona. Ve called home for more than ten years. Glendale has five parks in total, but the Thunderbird Conservation Park is the most popular for hiking and biking. Things to do in the West Valley, which includes the city's two large parks and a number of smaller parks as well as some small parks.

The University of Phoenix Stadium is a great year-round destination for sports and leisure, and the district is also home to Gila River Arena, home to the Phoenix Suns basketball team. Whether hunting or fishing, Cabela's shops are just a stone's throw from Glendale Arena and host museums, aquariums and other attractions. If hunting and fishing is your thing, a Cababas shop is located right next to the Arizona State University campus and is housed in a museum, aquarium and other attraction.

The stadium is within walking distance of the Westgate Entertainment District and is a great stop during the day to explore the restaurants, bars and shops of the area. On Tuesdays, make sure you see a movie or two for a fun and affordable night out in Glendale.

Covering more than 2,000 acres of hiking and biking trails and over 1,500 miles of hiking trails, White Tank Mountain Park is one of the largest regional parks in the country, with a total area of 1.5 million acres and is covered by the Arizona Department of Natural Resources (AZDNR).
